Report Catalogs and Filters
The report catalog controls what kind of data you export. Choose the catalog first because each catalog can have different fields, statuses, and scope filters.
Report catalog
Use Search reports to find a catalog by name or description. Use the Catalog dropdown to narrow the list by category, such as operations or finance.
Each catalog card shows its name, category, description, and number of available columns. Click a catalog to configure that report.
Output format
Use the format button in Configure export to choose the file type. Delivery reports support CSV and XLSX when the selected catalog allows them.
CSV is useful for lightweight imports and spreadsheet work. XLSX is useful when users expect an Excel workbook.
Date range
The From and To dates are required for preview and export. The To date cannot be earlier than the From date.
Choose a focused date range when possible. Smaller ranges preview faster, export faster, and are easier to review.
Statuses
The Statuses selector lets you include only selected delivery statuses. Leave it empty when you want all statuses.
Some catalogs provide their own status list. If a catalog does not, Ondi uses the general delivery status list.
Filter by scope
The Filter by dropdown starts with All delivery records. Some catalogs also offer narrower scopes such as zones, services, drivers, or customers.
When you choose a scope other than all records, Ondi shows an additional search field for that scope. For example, if you filter by zone, you must choose one or more zones. The preview and export are blocked until the required scope values are selected.
Summary panel
The summary at the bottom of Configure export confirms the file type, date range, scope, and selected column count. Review this before requesting an export.
