Fields, Preview, and Reference Values

Columns decide what appears in the exported file. Use the column selector to keep the report focused on the fields the team actually needs.

Selecting Delivery Report columns

Select columns

The Columns section shows how many fields are selected from the total available fields in the catalog. Ondi starts with a small default set of fields, then you can add or remove fields.

Open Select columns to search by display name or field key. Each option shows the user-friendly label and the underlying field key, which helps when a report user asks for a specific database-style field.

Keep exports practical. A report with fewer targeted fields is easier to review than a very wide file with every possible column.

ID and reference value output

Some columns point to related records, such as a customer, driver, zone, service, or waybill. For those columns, Ondi can output either:

  • ID: the system identifier used internally and by integrations.
  • Reference value: a more readable value from the related record, such as a code or name, when the catalog defines one.

Use ID when another system needs exact record identifiers. Use Reference value when a person needs to read the file without looking up IDs.

If a selected column supports this behavior, the Column Output Format section appears. You can also switch supported relation columns directly from the preview header chip.

Quick preview

Quick preview shows sample rows for the selected catalog, date range, filters, columns, and relation output settings.

Delivery Report preview table

The preview is not the final export file. It is a sample so you can confirm the field order, values, filters, and ID/reference choices before creating the full export.

Preview values are formatted based on field type. Dates and times are shown in a readable date format, booleans show true or false, and JSON-like values are shown as structured text when needed.

When preview is empty

An empty preview usually means one of these is true:

  • The date range has no matching records.
  • The selected statuses or scope are too narrow.
  • Required scope values have not been selected.
  • The tenant has not created data for the selected catalog yet.

Adjust the filters before requesting the export.
