Support ticket settings control how customers contact the tenant team from customer-facing portals and how internal support users handle those requests.
Use support ticket settings to decide whether customers can create tickets, which support users can receive them, and how tickets should be assigned when the team starts replying.

Recommended Setup
- Confirm the team members who should handle customer support.
- Enable support tickets only when the team can monitor and respond to them.
